关于 Keith Strickland 博士
Keith has over 23 years’ experience in the semiconductor
industry starting with GEC-Plessey Semiconductors in 1995, and has held various
senior engineering, management, and executive roles within Mitel / Zarlink and
now Plessey Semiconductors.
Keith holds a B.Sc. Honours degree in Physics and
Electronics (1987), M.Sc. degree in Semiconductor Devices (1988) and a Ph.D. in
Solid State Physics (1992) from the University of Lancaster in the UK. Keith
has written numerous publications, presenting papers at national and
international conferences over many years, holds a number of patents relating
to automated IC design techniques and sits on several national steering group
panels for major university funded science programmes in the UK. As Plessey’s
CTO Keith was instrumental in the development strategy of GaN on Silicon
platform technology.
